Alvexo is a regulated broker, licensed under the terms of the Cyprus Securities Exchange. As such, and in order to assure you of our commitment to guarding your best interests.

To address any problems that may arise, please forward your complaint and/or feedback in writing to compliance@alvexo.com.

Please include as much background and information to the incident being addressed as possible, including names of individuals involved, dates & times, account number(s), etc.

You will receive confirmation of receipt within 24 hours by email, including an estimated time frame for our response. This response may include a request for more and specified information.

Please remember that some incidents involve third parties and due-diligence, which may take time. Otherwise, we aim to resolve most issues within 7 working days.

Once mutual consent has been obtained regarding the matter, a summary will be provided by email from the Company to the Investor.
